  • Take an ownership mindset of the GRS product shelf, addressing product-related issues through root cause analysis, solution development, and leading implementation
  • Manage the day-to-day performance and administration of products, including monitoring reporting, supporting new plan setups, and evaluating plan design to ensure alignment with target sponsor segments
  • Building relationships with impacted business areas across the division to obtain buy-in, determine optimal solutions and guide implementation of new products and solutions
  • Plan and lead impactful product launch go-to-market plans, as well as ongoing product support to business development partners to ensure the ongoing success of the product shelf

  • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel capabilities; able to work with data to uncover trends, build projections, and deepen insights beyond standard reporting to support and inform product and strategy decisions
  • Hands-on experience managing products or programs, including actively monitoring performance, working through product issues, supporting plan setup, implementing solutions, and assessing plan design and client fit
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; required to develop relationships across the GRS business as well as field partners, clients, and advisors
