Position Summary...
The Manager, Global Payroll, leads the management and continuous improvement of payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. This role oversees data management, payroll administration, and tax processes while driving operational excellence through process optimization and stakeholder collaboration. The position requires strong problem-solving skills to address complex payroll challenges and implement effective solutions. The manager also fosters a culture of accountability and service excellence, supporting the company's mission by maintaining accurate payroll records and delivering timely, compliant payroll services.

What you'll do...

  • Oversee global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple jurisdictions.
