Job Description

As a strategic partner to Global Marketing, Product, Sales, and PACE teams, responsible for equipping the global field organization with the tools, content, and experiences required to drive impactful customer engagement and business growth. Manage core enablement platforms, lead content development, support major commercial events, and ensure alignment across key stakeholders. High organizational skills, collaboration, and commitment to enabling sales excellence required. Job duties:
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale commercial events such as National Sales Meetings, global sales training sessions, and field enablement workshops, aligning agendas, messaging, and tools for maximum impact.
  • Support President's Club and other incentive programs, partnering on event design, communications, and recognition moments that reinforce commercial priorities.
  • Ensure enablement tools and content are fully integrated into live and virtual event experiences to reinforce training, messaging, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and maximize key commercial platforms including Seismic, Neuroverse, Konectar, and others to ensure high-quality, easy-to-access content that supports field execution.
  • Proactively manage platform enhancements, user experience, tagging/taxonomy, and governance to drive adoption and field effectiveness.
  • Explore and integrate future platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness globally.
  • Monitor analytics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased value.
  • Act as the connector among global Sales, Marketing, and PACE to ensure coordinated messaging, tool adoption, and consistent usage across all customer-facing teams.
  • Facilitate ongoing feedback loops with field users and stakeholders to ensure content remains relevant, timely, and aligned with business needs.
  • Define and track success metrics across enablement programs, platforms, and events.
  • Use feedback, engagement data, and performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum six (6) years of relevant marketing operations and events experience.
  3. Minimum one (1) year of management or supervisory experience/responsibility.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work with multiple associates and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  6. Experience with working effectively and confidently in a team environment.
  7. Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, Adobe, Teams, Outlook, and desktop website software.
Desired Qualifications
  1. Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in medical device environment, business administration, customer service or a related field.
  2. Experience working effectively and confidently in a team environment.
  3. Excellent analytical and project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  4. Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  5. Experience with digital enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Showpad), and learning management systems (LMS).


Salary Range

$100,063 - $125,079 Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
