Job Description

Provides leadership to team members and team leads, and support and project management in various operational areas. Participates in activities to achieve Foundation business objectives and implement key operational activities by participating in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.

Job Responsibility
  • Provides leadership to Foundation Operations team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
  • Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
  • Supports team in gift processing, gift report generation, tax deductible donation tracking, acknowledgent generation and other functions.
  • Provides financial expertise and assistance; creates and generates ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Assists in the compilation and analysis of monthly financial reports; facilitates the tracking and reconciliation of revenue and expenses to ensure adherence to annual budget Generates progress reports, comparative reports, appeals and solicitor performance reports, cash and pledge reports and relationship information for mailings and special projects.
  • Tracks sources and amounts of fundraising efforts including individual donations, sponsorships, partnerships and bequests.
  • Creates, maintains and provides database management; updates records; globally changes records, etc. in the application.

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience, required
  • Philanthropy experience in healthcare, preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, preferred.
  • Experience in working with individuals who provide donations to healthcare organizations, preferred.
  • Advanced skillset in Blackbaud software (Raiser's Edge NXT), preferred
