Position Summary: The Corporate Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for supporting annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and results analysis while shaping financial strategy, driving integrated business planning, and delivering insights that accelerate profitable growth acting as a key business partner for the C-Suite, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A. The role provides high-visibility opportunities, liaising with Winchester's CEO, CFO, COO, and other executive leadership to guide long-term financial direction, footprint optimization, and strengthen global operational performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- 5-10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with significant manufacturing industry experience.
- Proven success supporting senior executives with strategic insights and recommendations.
- Expertise in analytics, forecasting, financial modeling, and operations finance.

Pay Transparency: Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $135-155K per year, plus incentive compensation.
