Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Financial Information Systems. This position is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Purpose: Johnson & Johnson’s Corporate Financial Information Systems team, which is responsible for sourcing and reporting enterprise financial data, is seeking to support enterprise-wide Financial Consolidation & Reporting applications. We are looking for a strategic, driven leader to help guide the implementation of a global financial consolidation system. The candidate will bring strong expertise across finance, accounting, and technology, with the ability to optimize global consolidation processes, improve reporting efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and support successful organizational change.
In this role, the Manager will help translate corporate data requirements, financial policies and procedures, and user community needs into the master data and information required for external and internal reporting. The position will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Tax, and Audit to deliver a reliable, scalable solution that meets the enterprise needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation activities, including requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with finance controllers, business partners, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solution.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and user support documentation.
- Help configure consolidation groups, master data structures, hierarchies, validation rules and related Group Reporting settings.
- Lead, participate, define and shape master data requirement design to meet current and future Consolidated Financial Reporting requirements.
- Provide governance and oversight for system changes, ensuring strong controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
- Optimize reporting structures, chart of accounts, and financial hierarchies to fully leverage system capabilities
- Help lead organizational change efforts through partner engagement, training and communication to facilitate widespread adoption.
- Solve production issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate fixes, and support month end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
- Understand integration points between applications, processes, and functions.
Qualifications / Requirements:Education:- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance / or Information Systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
- CPA, CMA or MBA
Required:- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Financial Consolidation, Analysis & Reporting experience is required.
- Experience with leading/coordinating Financial systems and project teams is required.
- Technical knowledge of consolidation processes, including inter-company eliminations and foreign currency translation
- Knowledge of SAP configuration in Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting is preferred.
- Experience with capturing user requirements, understanding and interpreting requirements specifications in a multi-functional, global team is required.
- Organizational change skills, drive others to adapt to a changing environment is required.
- Previous experience in working with master data design and implementation is required.
- Strong strategy management, analytical thinking, problem solving, learning agility, communication and collaboration skills are required
Preferred:- Demonstration of planning, prioritization and Project Management skills are essential to success and is highly preferred
- Proactive with strong analytical skills, ability to balance multiple activities and bring clarity to complex issues is required.
- Ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment including working independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem solving skills, adaptable and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
