We are currently looking for a Manager, Finance to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.

A Day in the Life:   

Job Responsibilities – Main Satisfiers/Duties

  • Drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple business units.
  • Plan, consolidate, and execute annual operating budgets, FMI, G&A, headcount, and CAPEX budgets.
  • Lead consultative financial analysis and provide actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Marketing & Sales teams to improve financial performance.
  • Manage KPI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
  • Consolidate financial results across the NCI Group.
  • Develop forecasts and financial plans to support strategic objectives.
  • Analyze business performance and identify profit improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend strategic actions to senior leadership regarding planning, performance, and risk management.
  • Support process improvement, reporting automation, and financial transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and develop finance team members.

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • SAP and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) proficiency.

  • Ability to partner with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning and business partnering capabilities.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Process improvement and automation experience.
  • Knowledge of intercompany accounting and global consolidation processes (preferred).

Years of Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of people management/leadership experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Business
    • Finance
    • Accounting
    • Economics

Desired:

  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent).

Specific Courses/Certifications

Preferred:

  • CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant)
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)

    Salary Range:

    $110,032.00 - $137,665.00

    This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles.
