SummaryPosition supports assigned geographic market hospital campuses working directly with finance and campus leadership to analyze and provide financial information and data for decision making. Evaluates campus performance and looks for process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin.
Job Duties- Supports monthly financial performance review of regional campus activity.
- Compiles projections and vets assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market utilizing various systems such as cost, budget and EPIC at the direction of department leadership.
- Performs market analysis to understand viability of opportunities and initiatives and evaluates plan performance to assess success.
- Strategic analysis of opportunities to provide action items to achieve or exceed budget including identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs or increasing revenue.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 4 years in Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- 4 years experience in Healthcare Finance.
- CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
