The (USA) Manager, Fashion Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by preparing detailed financial models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position ensures robust financial controls, enhances reporting transparency, and supports senior management with insightful forecasts and variance explanations. The role involves leading financial initiatives, mentoring associates, and fostering accountability to meet business objectives while upholding company policies and ethical standards. What you'll do...- Provide strategic input to financial planning through detailed analysis, modeling, and expense target recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and communicate significant financial variations.
- Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
- Develop financial models and presentations to support business decisions and communicate forecasts to senior management.
- Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps, support budgeting, and provide insights on trends and risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to support business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
