Job Description:

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $85,000-$95,000 per year
  • Annual Bonus Potential: Up to 10% of base salary
  • Up to 90% travel

What You’ll Do as a Manager Facilities & Maintenance Startup Implementation:

Summary

Leads facility readiness planning and maintenance program development for startup sites.


Essential Functions

  • Own full site facility readiness ensuring all infrastructure is operational before launch.
  • Lead coordination of MHE and automation installation aligning with operations.
  • Manage vendor performance ensuring quality and timelines are met.
  • Develop maintenance programs and asset management systems.
  • Train and develop Maintenance Managers for site ownership.
  • Resolve infrastructure issues impacting startup timelines.
  • Analyze costs and performance to drive improvements.
  • Support existing sites and provide leadership as needed.
  • Align with cross-functional teams on startup execution.


Additional Responsibilities

  • 75–80% travel required as a baseline expectation. Must maintain flexibility for responsive and short-notice travel based on startup and operational needs. Annual inspections during nonstartup periods. Expected early Monday travel for site arrival and support, with Friday afternoon or evening departure to return home. Must be available for two-week consecutive on-site assignments when business or startup needs require. Must be able to travel throughout North America (US, Canada and Mexico). Timely documentation, expense reporting, and data submission are mandatory to support financial accuracy and overall project success.
