      • High-quality, maintainable system implementations
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality gates, and technical assurance processes.
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of AltaLink's enterprise integration platform, enabling modular, low-complexity system connectivity.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems through effective data architecture, synchronization, and controls.
  • Enable enterprise reporting and analytics by ensuring reliable, integrated data flows across ERP and EAM platforms.
  • Partner with Business Transformation leadership to ensure alignment between business processes, requirements, and technical design.
  • Support business decision-making by providing clear, risk-informed technical guidance and trade-offs.
  • Ensure technology solutions enable business adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
  • Ensure all platform designs and implementations meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements, including those associated with GTA submissions, ARS-CIP and ISMS.
  • Mitigate technology delivery risks related to integration complexity, data integrity, system performance, and security.
  • Coordinate with Business Transformation to provide integrated readiness and release planning
  • Support the development of defensible, transparent technology decisions aligned with AltaLink's regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with affiliated business platforms within Berkshire Hathaway Energy (BHE) to share learnings, align where appropriate, and support AltaLink's transformation objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of solution architects, integration specialists, data engineers, and technical leads.
