Responsibilities

  • Articulate enterprise and industry performance trends through analyses for diverse audiences.

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As Manager, Enterprise Analytics,you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Enterprise Analytics team reporting to Director, Enterprise Analytics, you will support projects including economic and industry research and reporting.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Articulate Enterprise and Industry performance trends and deliver ad hoc analyses, delivering to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Be the subject matter expert on enterprise analysis and assist in quarterly business review and economic and industry analysis.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Partner with internal leaders to find opportunities to improve performance with data and analysis.
  • Work with Finance, Investor Relations, and CSIA teams on Quarterly Business Review and Earnings cycle materials.
  • Collaborate with teams across CSIA and Technology to automate and streamline reporting.

Projects you'll take ownership of:
  • Support the Brands organization with self-service data, dashboards, and reports - maintaining existing tools, developing new ones, and conducting training.
  • Develop presentations and reporting that present analysis to lead change and improve performance.
  • Serve as a key contributor developing the enterprise Quarterly Business review, including delivery of the QBR book, earnings materials, meeting preparations, and associated deliverables.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Four (4) years of professional experience.
  • Two (2) years of hands-on experience with BI tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL.
  • Experience integrating analysis cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of global economic fundamentals.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, in performance analysis, brands, revenue management, consulting, or finance.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
