Full Job Description
The Manager of Employee Relations is charged with cultivating a positive and efficient Employee Relations (ER) function by assisting in the development and administration of system-wide employee relations programs consistent with BHSF culture and policies. Manages ER processes to ensure a proactive, objective, and consistent approach. Responsible for leading the ER team, providing effective support and guidance on multiple tasks and projects while also focusing on individual development. Provides assistance with ER cases, investigations, and conflict resolution. Gathers and analyzes data, providing insight on trends associated with specific metrics. Collaborates with HRBPs, General Counsel, leaders and employees to effectively resolve concerns. This role requires specialized knowledge in Federal and State labor laws, technical proficiency, and a high level of confidentiality. Estimated salary range for this position is $104,621.04 - $136,007.35 / year depending on experience.
