Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in teaching and/or management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications in Auto, Diesel, Welding, HVACR, Collision, Aviation, or Electrical Fields preferred.
• Strong project management and time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in an engaging learning environment focused on HVACR.
• Lead hands-on training with practical demonstrations for real-world skills.
• Collaborate on curriculum development to keep courses aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students through project guidance, encouraging innovation and critical thinking.
• Instill safety procedures to maintain a secure learning environment.
• Manage the education department’s budget and staffing, ensuring quality staff development and classroom issues are addressed.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and act as a Campus Security Authority.
