Full Job Description
As the Manager, eCommerce Site Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of website operations, ensuring seamless content management and flawless product launches. This role is the final step before our consumers experience NOBULLPROJECT.COM, requiring an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and experience managing cross-functional projects. You will oversee the smooth functioning of site content, product merchandising, and optimizations to ensure the best possible consumer experience. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain the site catalog. Ensure collection pages and PGPs are built to maximize brand accretive conversion, consider the product occasions and hierarchy and align to the category strategies set by the Product and Site Experience teams. • Own set up and scheduling of high impact, business critical, content changes on the site and ensure timelines are adhered to. • Be vocal about deliverables needed to execute campaigns and plans and create workback plans for Site Merchandising, Product, Marketing and Creative counterparts when necessary. Partner with these teams to optimize current processes and find solutions to be more efficient and timelier. • Turn off/on products based on guidance from Site Merchandising/Merchants. Partner with merchandising team to establish turn on, markdown, and turn off cadences that are repeatable and operationally sound. Work with Site Ops Associate to maintain cleanliness of site merchandising. • Execute all promotions from a consumer experience perspective. Regularly track to ensure compliance and partner with the Site Experience and Digital Product teams on adjustments needed to the technology to ensure the best consumer experience. • Partner with Site Experience and Digital Product to identify new site features and enhancements that may improve consumer experience or operational workflow. Provide input on implementation requirements. • Stay current on all development and vendor updates, ensuring all features are maximized in collaboration with Digital Product, Site Merchandising, Site Ops and 3rd-party partners. • Manage relationship with Digital Marketing team, especially SEO, to ensure pages being featured in traffic activities are maximized for conversion. Lead a weekly eCommerce Scrum to ensure entire eCommerce are in lockstep on plans for the week(s) ahead. • Project manage any ad-hoc Site Ops requests that come from other teams with the Site Ops Associate. • Manage current and future site translation needs, ensuring content is appropriately localized for global markets. • Be the liaison between Shopify and NetSuite where needed. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, site operations, or merchandising, with a preference for experience in the footwear or apparel industry. • Proven leadership experience in managing eCommerce operations teams and the ability to drive efficiency, and improved site functionality through cross collaboration. • Expert level understanding of Shopify's merchandising and site experience capabilities, with a deep understanding of its tools and potential. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels, from cross-functional teams to executive leadership. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement and operational optimization. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively to meet business goals. $115,000 - $130,000 a year The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of NOBULL's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses.
