GENERAL SUMMARYThe Manager, Net Revenue Finance reports to the CFO and provides enterprise-level financial leadership focused on interpreting and managing net revenue performance in complex reimbursement environments. This role brings structure to ambiguity by connecting financial results to the operational, contractual, and regulatory factors driving them. The Manager serves as a strategic partner across Finance, Revenue Cycle, and executive leadership to improve transparency, alignment, and decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Lead the net revenue finance function, with accountability for estimating, modeling, and forecasting all major reserve components, including contractual allowances, denials, charity care, and bad debt.
- Support enterprise-wide financial reporting by ensuring net revenue estimates are accurate, well-supported, and clearly understood.
- Translate complex reimbursement structures, payer dynamics, and performance drivers into clear, actionable insights for senior and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that explain net revenue outcomes and inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner closely with Revenue Cycle, Accounting, FP&A, and operational leaders to improve alignment between financial results and underlying performance drivers.
- Enhance visibility in net revenue performance by improving analytics, reporting, and communication of results.
- Provide financial insight that supports informed direction-setting, performance improvement initiatives, and long-term strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by contextualizing financial outcomes and clearly articulating risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Strengthens organizational understanding of net revenue performance.
