PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

Join our team as a Platform Operations Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional digital experiences for millions of consumers. In this role, you will connect business and technology teams, optimize eCommerce operations, and help shape the future of our digital platforms. You will represent the local market, influence global initiatives, and ensure every platform enhancement contributes to a seamless consumer journey and strong business performance.

BUSINESS KPI DEFINITION & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define, measure, and optimize key performance indicators that drive success.
  • Use operational insights and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of best practices, governance standards, and monitoring frameworks across global platforms.
  • Enhance workflows, business rules, and platform configurations to improve operational effectiveness.

ENHANCEMENT & INITIATIVE MANAGEMENT
  • Lead platform enhancement initiatives and operational projects with local and global partners.
  • Evaluate business needs, develop recommendations, and prioritize opportunities with measurable impact.
  • Align stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver meaningful platform improvements that support strategic goals.

PLATFORM MONITORING & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting the business or consumer experience.
  • Oversee promotional campaign execution from configuration and testing through launch and validation.
  • Monitor platform performance across key metrics, including conversion, checkout, payment processing, and fulfillment.
  • Partner with technology teams to accelerate issue resolution and maintain platform stability.
  • Ensure accuracy and governance of critical eCommerce data, configurations, and operational settings.

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
  • Act as the go-to expert for eCommerce platform capabilities, processes, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to shape platform improvements and deliver business value.
  • Share knowledge, document best practices, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform functionality and improve the consumer experience.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or digital business environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within a high-volume, consumer-facing online environment.
  • Experience in order management, technical issue resolution, or product management is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Quantum Metrics, or Grafana.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $100,000-$115,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
