Our team is responsible for turning strategy into an executable portfolio - aligning intake, priorities, resources, reporting and governance across multiple digital product families.
This role combines people leadership, analytics expertise, and workforce strategy to ensure the business has the visibility, talent, and capacity needed to achieve strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to provide actionable insights, optimize workforce investments, and drive operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of data analysts fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver actionable analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee workforce planning activities, including capacity management, demand forecasting, resource allocation, and talent gap analysis.
- Partner with business leaders, Finance, HR, and Technology to align workforce strategies with business priorities and future growth needs.
- Monitor workforce performance, utilization, and organizational health, providing recommendations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Present workforce trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting standards are maintained across analytics and workforce planning activities.
- Lead high-impact data initiatives, such as AI-driven analytics, big data projects, and process automation, to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce planning, business operations, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, resource management, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience supporting portfolio management, technology, product, or enterprise operations organizations.
- Knowledge of workforce planning frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and capacity management practices.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and strategic planning methodologies.
