Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serves as a key data and reporting subject matter expert resource for the department:
Produces and distributes accurate and reliable data outputs:
Manages the data reporting and analytics functions of department:
Oversees continuous training of departmental staff on data requests and data usage, including guidance on improved use of the IS system. Works with Help Desk and Training Resources to develop responses to commonly asked questions. Leads classroom sessions and brainstorming/needs assessment sessions as needed.
Oversees project list of user data requests. Works with colleagues to develop, implement and review quality and scheduling controls to ensure production schedules are maintained and outputs are accurate. Documents all production jobs including timing and distribution. Maintains ongoing communication with colleagues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of user requests and other projects. Uses this information to assist in managing workflow for department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
