A growing organization is seeking a
Manager of Corporate Reporting to support its finance and accounting operations. This role is responsible for preparing U.S. GAAP financial statements, managing internal and external reporting packages, and providing key financial insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation, an analytical mindset, and the motivation to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare consolidated U.S. GAAP financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Manage monthly management reporting and quarterly external reporting packages for lenders.
- Conduct financial and flux analyses, identifying trends and variances.
- Support month-end close and annual external audits.
- Monitor and improve reporting structures, classifications, and internal controls.
- Research and assist with technical accounting implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc projects and financial analysis initiatives.
- Lead or support special projects to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of financial reporting or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (large datasets, advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - CPA license (or progress toward CPA).
- Mix of public accounting and private industry experience (Big 4 preferred).
- Experience with Oracle ERP and/or FCCS systems.
- Prior exposure to corporate or lender reporting.
Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
