DescriptionJob Overview and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing aircraft and fleet configuration setup while ensuring ongoing data integrity through continuous audits and alignment with FAA Part 121, GMM, and departmental procedures. Oversees the daily maintenance of configuration systems and supports operational readiness through accurate tracking of aircraft modifications and system updates. Leads 24/7 operational support across U.S. and India-based teams, coordinating efforts to resolve discrepancies and maintain system reliability. Also supports aircraft records functions to ensure configuration data aligns with maintenance compliance documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of interpreting various technical documents and manuals such as: IPC, AMM, CMM, OEM manuals and Service Bulletins
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to efficiently motivate team members and ensure deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Daily communication with team on project status in addition to the monitoring of trend/analysis of data points/KPIs to survey for continued education/training in accordance with departmental SOP/DOP for respective staff. Provide support and coaching to ensure training gaps are continually mitigated.
- Proven experience completing audits from different organizations: DOD, IOSA, FAA, and various internal groups
- Ability to do RCA research and track trends to find and effectively implement changes to processes within the organization and outside.
- Provide executive level presentations and deliver project updates to leadership
- Ability to be flexible with operational needs and re-prioritize as necessary; comfortable with research, storyboarding and providing succinct overview(s) to leadership on simple to complex matters.
- Facilitate time and attendance management for assigned staff, including tracking, auditing, and reconciliation, while ensuring adequate coverage to maintain 24/7 operational support.
- Travel up to 25% to domestic and international locations, including but not limited to DEN, ORD, SFO, and India, requiring a valid passport and travel visa as applicable.

- 4 years of experience in aviation with large or small passenger/cargo operations

- Advanced skills with Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Power BI and Foundry (Palantir)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
