Manager, Compliance Operations Onsite - Brookfield, Wisconsin

What You'll Do
As the Manager, Compliance Operations, you'll have a big role in leading people, strengthening processes, and keeping critical reporting moving in the right direction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team that includes individual contributors and supervisors, creating an environment where people feel supported, accountable, and motivated to grow.
• Oversee regulatory and statistical reporting, making sure critical data is accurate, timely, and compliant with state, bureau, organizational, and Sarbanes-Oxley COSO requirements.
• Look for opportunities to make work better by improving data quality, streamlining workflows, introducing automation, and making the most of available technology.
• Turn data into something meaningful by leading dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics that give senior leadership clear and actionable insights.
• Take the lead on reporting inquiries, audits, examinations, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering with others to solve problems and keep important work moving forward.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a Manager, Compliance Operations who brings strong leadership, curiosity, and a desire to make things better.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of supervisory or leadership experience in a relevant area.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated supervisory and/or project management skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
Competitive Compensation & Financial Benefits
• Target hiring range: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00
• We anticipate hiring within this range for candidates who meet the qualifications for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
