In Human Resources at Main Campus Lee Building

Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, 8a-4:30p.

Summary:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation programs, including base pay and salary structures, incentive plans, and bonuses to ensure the ability to attract and retain employees. Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures and ensure internal equity. This role involves analyzing job roles, evaluating performance data, and advising HR and leadership on pay decisions. Oversees the annual merit cycle, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum of compensation experience in a similar role


Education with Equivalent Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required


Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem solves creatively
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
