You will partner with leaders in the Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) team on their executive communications programs, as well as support special projects to further inform, motivate and enable Sales and Services associates. This role will report to the Sr. Director, GSSO Communications.
What you'll do:- Support high-priority communications and support the executive communications for the leader of GSSO's Sales & Services Excellence team, including Town Halls, video scripts, PowerPoint presentations, announcements and ad hoc communications.
- Provide ongoing communications support and counsel to this leader, serving as a trusted partner.
- Support communications around key Sales and Services enablement programs, including around associate growth and mobility, to inform, engage and inspire associates.
- Provide ad hoc support, as needed, for broader GSSO business unit communications efforts.
- Develop and produce internally-facing videos, employing all Gartner best practices for video creation and collaborating with our Creative Center of Excellence.
- Coordinate with India Center of Excellence on select communications projects, providing feedback, guidance and next steps where appropriate.
- Ability to write and assess the quality of other written materials.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high performance and fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders across GSSO, Sales and Services communications, HR and Talent Acquisition, prioritizing content and workflow according to strategy.
What you'll need: - 3-5 years of experience working in internal/executive communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Experience in communicating to Sales teams preferred.
- Strong multimedia skills, writing skills, great interpersonal skills, creativity and intellectual curiosity.
- Must be able to handle curve balls and be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and work with senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, self-starter.
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and web content management experience.
- Must be located within a 60-minute commuting distance of Stamford, CT; Irving, TX; or Fort Myers, FL.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
