Our Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) Procurement Team within Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) at Raytheon has an excellent opportunity for a Manager, Procurement, to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall IOT Procurement management of multiple complex products and IOT purchase orders requiring ongoing oversight and administration of specifications and Statements of Work (SOW). You will be responsible for purchase order administration, relationship development and escalation of issues through RMD and IOT Partner leadership teams. You will interface extensively with internal and external stakeholders in managing current performance of existing contracts and new contracts. This is a highly collaborative position, offering the chance to overcome challenging issues with creative problem-solving skills. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs across multiple Mission Areas.
What You Will Do
Develop, implement, and maintain a clear execution and delivery schedule for the supplier's products, in partnership with the supplierCommunicate status (challenges, actions, owners, needs) at various levels within both Raytheon and the supplierDrive closure of actions that are owned by Raytheon by building relationshipsDrive closure of actions at the supplier by gaining trust and clearly communicating Raytheon prioritiesBuild relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve supplier performance and to ensure alignment with our current execution and future business priorities and strategies.Discuss material, technical, and resource challenges from a position of manufacturing experience
Attend internal and external meetings using Zoom with ability to be on camera
Travel expected approximately 10-20% of the time. Currently all suppliers are Domestic for this position
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:
The ability to perform duties with minimal oversight; ability to understand the organization's goals, create the plan, and then determine the tactical tasks to achieve success.Ability to travel 25-50% domesticallyLeadership experience: Program Management, Commodity Management, Supplier Performance Management, and/or Procurement experience.
Experience and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements.Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix organization.Demonstrated experience developing suppliers and working with suppliers to improve performance and affordabilityDemonstrated experience in the Electronic Commodity Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply critical thinking throughout the supplier performance and oversight processSkilled in communications, team building, conflict resolution and relationship management to create an effective partnering environment that includes credibility, respect and trust.Demonstrated ability to lead and present executive level reviews and briefings Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
