Manager Commercial Execution Design

The Opportunity

Abbott Point of Care (APOC), a division of Abbott, empowers healthcare professionals with rapid, lab-quality diagnostic results at the point of care. By delivering accurate test results in minutes, APOC solutions help clinicians make timely triage, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring decisions, ultimately improving patient care and operational efficiency.

Today, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations in more than 100 countries rely on the i-STAT System to support patient care across emergency medicine, critical care, surgery, and other high-acuity settings. As part of Abbott, APOC remains committed to advancing innovative diagnostic technologies that help people live healthier lives.

The Manager, Commercial Execution Design supports the APOC Global Commercial Excellence team by designing, enabling, and scaling end-to-end commercial solutions that reliably convert clinical science into revenue. • Drive continuous improvement through disciplined problem0solving, root0cause analysis, and learning loops
  • Partner cross0functionally across Global Commercial Excellence, Medical/Scientific Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, IT, and regional teams
  • Ensure solutions are embedded within existing systems, governance models, and real0world customer workflows
  • Ensure compliance with Abbott Quality System, EHS, and data governance standards
