The Manager, Clinical Supply Chain, oversees the supply of Aktis radiopharmaceutical drug products from contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) to support preclinical and clinical programs. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, this role is a key member of the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) team and supports multiple portfolio programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is ready to take on a broad range of challenges as the company grows.

Background and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of clinical supply chain experience, ideally in radiopharmaceuticals or a related industry
  • Experience with planning, inventory management, and logistics operations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with internal teams and external vendors
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply of radiopharmaceutical drug products from CMOs to clinical sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on isotope needs and determine manufacturing priorities
  • Analyze forecasted demand, revise drug product production schedules and coordinate isotope activity to meet demand
  • Arrange and monitor the logistics of Clinical doses and the transit of materials and components, ensuring time and cost efficiency while meeting study and regulatory requirements
  • Identify potential risks to the supply chain and develop proactive improvement strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Create, maintain and revise data tools that effectively communicate Supply and Strategy
  • Oversee manufacturing reports, including batch and dose reconciliation and trend analysis
  • Support the development and review of Pharmacy, IRT and Logistics manuals
