The role you'll contribute:

Leads a team focused on developing, executing, and managing nurse resident and experienced nurse training programs. Implements measures to ensure clinical training program activities adhere to ethical and professional standards. Plans, develops, and implements clinical support role training programs. Partners with other system functions to develop and implement clinical education needs. Shares accountability with other clinical program managers for integrated solutions across the division. Manages day-to-day work activities, coaching, development, hiring, and performance of team members. Provides budget analysis and management support for training program items and department needs. Supports continual process improvement of clinical training programs. Oversees talent acquisition processes related to training programs. Coordinates orientation, simulation development, and logistics for training programs. Supports campus educator needs and ensures alignment with training objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
• 1+ of experience as a registered nurse in any health care setting [Required]• Experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, or student nurse advisor [Preferred]• Experience in the ambulatory health care environment [Preferred]• Experience teaching in formal and informal settings [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
