Full Job Description
The Manager, Clinical Nurse Education leads the educators in organizing entity learning efforts, to include rolling out system-wide learning initiatives, for staff development in defined areas of patient care services. This individual leads the education team in establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including Nursing Leadership and unit and department based clinicians. Develops, executes and evaluates learning initiatives in partnership with department based clinicians which support the organization's mission, vision, and strategies. Organizes, communicates and deploys annual required education and staff development programs and processes as needed. In addition, the Manager, Nursing Education leads the educators in supporting and maintaining systematic ongoing assessment of competencies to ensure that the hospital continues to meet all regulatory requirements. Estimated salary range for this position is $99583.81 - $132446.47 / year depending on experience.
