Job DescriptionThe Executive Health Clinic Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Executive Health Services Program, overseeing all aspects of program development, clinical operations, patient experience, and service delivery. This role serves as the primary leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a high-touch executive health program that delivers an exceptional, seamless, and highly personalized experience for executive patients.
The Clinic Manager oversees day-to-day clinic operations related to executive health services, including patient flow, scheduling, resource management, provider coordination, quality outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with clinical leaders, providers, operations teams, and support services, this role develops scalable processes, establishes program standards, monitors performance metrics, and identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery and program growth.
Core Functions:- Executive experience & communication (single point of contact, concierge-level experience)
- Inbound communications (phone/MyChart protocols, escalation pathways)
- Intake & pre-screening
- Testing coordination across departments via Epic
- Pre-visit outreach (3-4 week lead, reminder calls, logistics)
- Testing and exam day coordination (onsite escort, discreet flow management)
- Cross-department coordination (diagnostics, clinical, billing, legal)
- Workflow refinement & documentation
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Executive-facing customer service skills
- Flexibility and ability to pivot quickly
- Donor/patient relations or concierge services experience
- Complex, multi-step, multi-department workflow management
- Epic scheduling, documentation & tracking tools
- Ability to operate independently in a coordinated, service-oriented role
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Health-related field or business Or 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience.
- 2 years Experience in healthcare management.
