What You'll DoMinimum Qualifications The Manager, Chemo Infusion, is accountable for the safe, effective delivery of oncology infusion services across outpatient and inpatient settings in collaboration with Medical and Radiation Oncology Clinics. The manager leads day-to-day operations of the infusion department, coordinates patient care and throughput, and provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and service levels. This role develops team members through coaching, competency management, and ongoing education; champions service excellence; and drives quality, safety, and stewardship goals. The manager partners with providers, pharmacy, revenue cycle, and other Cancer Center leaders to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, standardize workflows, and optimize patient experience and outcomes. The position functions with independent judgment and in collaboration with Cancer Center leadership and reports to the Director of Oncology Operations.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse with current Ohio license
- Oncology Certification. Chemotherapy-biotherapy certification within 1 year of hire. Oncology Certified Nurse obtained within 3 years of hire. De-escalation training within 6 months.
- 2 + years in oncology clinical practice experience
