Summary:

The Manager, Strategic Communications & Change Enablement advances People & Administration and enterprise priorities through strategic communications, change enablement, and support for key initiatives. This role serves as a communications leadership role, responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging that informs, aligns, and engages leaders and employees across the enterprise.

Serving at the intersection of communications, culture, and transformation, this role supports enterprise HR communications, executive messaging, storytelling through data, and change enablement strategies tied to strategic priorities. The role also brings project discipline and cross-functional partnership to strengthen execution and long-term sustainability of the work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Communications & Messaging
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned to People & Administration and enterprise priorities.
  • Create executive messaging, leadership communications, enterprise HR updates, and communication toolkits supporting major initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs and business stakeholders to translate priorities into clear communication plans and audience-centered messaging.
  • Support storytelling through data, insights, and portfolio updates that connect work to business value and impact.
  • Provide editorial oversight and content governance to ensure clarity, consistency, and message quality across channels.
  • Advise on communication sequencing, channel strategy, and message effectiveness.

Stakeholder Consulting & Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with HR partners, communications partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as a thought partner on messaging approaches, engagement opportunities, and communication planning.
  • Use data, feedback, and qualitative insights to inform strategy and measure effectiveness.
  • Balance multiple priorities and cyclical demands through strong planning, prioritization, and execution.

Change Enablement
  • Support change communications and enablement strategies tied to transformation efforts and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with initiative leads to develop readiness, reinforcement, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Create practical tools and communications that help leaders and employees navigate change effectively.
  • Leverage innovation, including AI-enabled tools, to improve scale, efficiency, and personalization.

Strategic Initiative Support
  • Bring project management discipline to support communication planning and execution for priority initiatives.
  • Contribute to portfolio communications, strategic updates, and coordinated execution support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable practices that strengthen communications and enablement outcomes.

Qualifications:
