About the Role:

The Manager serves as a key leader within District Cash Operations. In this role, the Manager oversees professional staff and/or supervisors across production and operations, ensuring strong performance, operational consistency, and adherence to established controls. This position plays a critical role in adapting departmental priorities to operational needs, guiding decision-making within policy frameworks, and providing technical expertise to both employees and stakeholders.

You Will:
  • Lead and develop Cash Office staff by setting clear expectations, assigning work, coaching employees, supporting professional growth, and personally assisting with complex or sensitive operational matters.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by directing quantitative and qualitative analyses, applying statistical modeling, interpreting financial and operational data, and presenting recommendations that enhance efficiency, workflows, and strategic direction.
  • Strengthen operational excellence and compliance by assessing controls, procedures, and production activities; leading initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and adherence to required policies; developing and implementing compliance practices; and preparing or reviewing documentation for audits and operational reviews.
  • Guide strategic planning and resource management by supporting development of business plans, contingency documents, and risk assessments; contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities; and ensuring alignment with short- and long-term District Cash objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate on key projects by managing or participating in District and System initiatives, advancing operational improvements, documenting remediation efforts, and partnering with internal stakeholders to implement approved controls and procedures)


You Have:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in operational or production environments.
  • Knowledge of audit, control, and compliance practices along with familiarity in accounting principles and budgeting.
  • Experience applying project management approaches to organize work, support initiatives, and drive improvements.
  • Technical proficiency in operational data analysis and interpreting complex financial or production information to support decision-making.
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
