  • Develop and conduct policy training and create resource documents for field associates.
  • Analyze data and trends to recommend process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency gains.
  • Identify opportunities for technology and automation improvements to enhance administration while maintaining compliance.

Position Summary...
The Manager, Benefits and Wellbeing, leads the administration and compliance of employee benefits programs by collaborating with senior leadership, legal counsel, and vendors. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while managing third-party administrators and benefits systems. The position involves developing and implementing process improvements, training, and communication strategies to support accurate benefits delivery. The manager also oversees project plans related to plan design changes and eligibility files, providing analytical insights and maintaining strong partnerships to optimize benefits administration and enhance overall organizational wellbeing.

What you'll do...

  • Support design, interpretation, revision, and execution of ADA, LOA/FMLA, and STD policies, ensuring compliance while supporting associate experience.
  • Serve as ADA, LOA/FMLA, and STD subject matter expert, translating policy needs into business, technology, and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to resolve issues, identify risks, and implement changes.
  • Develop and implement resource documents and conduct policy training to support field associates
  • Analyze data and trends to recommend improvements, simplify processes, support training/communications, and leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and problem solving by identifying how technology and automation improve administration while maintaining compliance and associate trust.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
