Full Job Description
The Manager - Associate Conference Engagement will support project management and communication initiatives to drive elevation and consistency of the Gartner associate experience onsite at Destination Conferences. With feedback from stakeholders from the wider Gartner business in mind, this role will work with various Conference teams to develop thoughtful strategy and resources that both guide and enhance associates' journey to conference in order to maximize their business impact onsite.

What you will do:
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to assess associates' conference attendance needs and identify opportunities to enhance associates' journey to and experience onsite at conferences
  • Project manage multiple workstreams exploring smart-scaling strategies to support and elevate associates' journey to and experience onsite at conferences, taking into consideration the nuance of portfolio maturity, regional nuance, scope and variance of associate roles, etc.
  • Develop, in collaboration with mobilized partners in Conferences' Centers of Excellence, programs and other deliverables as decided in project workstreams
  • Roll out and oversee programs to support associate engagement, partnering with various Conferences teams to ensure smooth, efficient execution of new strategies (related to registration and housing process, keynote previews/activation resources, building onsite agendas, onsite walkthroughs and training, etc.)
  • Oversee associate engagement strategy for new initiatives, including how we communicate new programs to associates from all business units
  • Determine metrics of success for all pilots and launched programs and monitor consistency of execution across regions
  • Develop process to consistently collect and analyze associate feedback post-conference, identifying trends and integrating findings into future planning and evolution of strategy
  • Partner with conference leadership and business units stakeholders to continuously evaluate engagement, effectiveness, scalability and sustainability of initiatives and programs

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years business experience
