Required Degree:

PhD in Organizational Behavior, HR Management, Organizational Theory or similar field

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:
The Department of Management at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah, invites applications for two (2) full-time faculty positions to begin August 2027. A PhD in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Theory-or anticipated completion of a PhD in one of these areas by July 31, 2027-is required. Applicants must have the ability to pursue a strong and independent research agenda, a clear commitment to teaching excellence, and full endorsement of, and alignment to, the mission of Brigham Young University.

Duties/Expectations:

Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate either a strong record of research or clear potential for producing high-quality research, including a promising pipeline of work suited for publication in top peer-reviewed management journals. In addition to exceptional research, strong candidates show promise of providing excellent teaching, interest in collaborating with department faculty colleagues, mentorship of students, and participation in various forms of service to the department, university, and their research community.
