- Serves as the Senior Analyst and Theater lead responsible for a variety of complex manpower management functions pertaining to 311TH Signal Command Augmentation Table of Distribution and Allowance manpower resources.
- Analyzes the Manpower Addendum to the Program Budget Guidance to determine total 311TH SC AUGTDA manpower resources available for distribution by fiscal year.
- Provides technical advice on matters concerning AUGTDA authorizations, the interpretation and application of HQDA regulations, directives and instructions.
- Serves as a point of contact in coordinating and/or resolving AUGTDA force structure issues within the headquarters, with other MACOMs and between 311TH SC and senior and subordinate commands.
- Develops timelines and monitors suspense to ensure timely completion of actions.

- TDY may be required up to 10%.
- This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act 2012. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
- The incumbent must obtain Level I certification and maintain certification within two years in accordance with DTM-13-004, March 22, 2013, unless a time waiver is obtained.
