Management Analyst

As a management analyst on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward with your client.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities

• Knowledge of intelligence analysis tradecraft and national security concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Ability to work from client site
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Experience in managing SharePoint sites
• Experience with AI
• Knowledge of military capabilities (MILCAP)

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
