WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYAs a Management Analyst, you will:

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORGS-12 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the
GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
- Analyzing management practices, identifying operational issues, and recommending process improvements to support organizational goals.
- Conducting organizational studies, analyzing operational data, and recommending process or system improvements.
- Developing management guidance, interpreting administrative policies, and advising staff on procedural requirements.
- Preparing management reports, analyzing administrative data, and supporting contract or project documentation activities.
GS-13 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the
GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
- Evaluating administrative operations, identifying management issues, and recommending solutions to improve organizational performance.
- Analyzing management processes, conducting evaluative studies, and developing recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
- Reviewing policies and procedures, assessing operational impacts, and recommending administrative guidance improvements.
- Developing administrative reports, supporting contract oversight activities, and monitoring contractor performance and deliverables.
