As a Management Analyst, you will:
- Evaluates human resources programs and administrative operations to assess organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with Federal laws, regulations, policies, and agency guidance.
- Conducts program reviews, audits, and compliance assessments; identifies deficiencies and recommends or implements corrective actions and process improvements.
- Analyzes workforce and program data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations for executive management.
- Researches and interprets Federal human resources laws, regulations, and policies to provide technical guidance and authoritative recommendations to management officials.

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the
GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing
ALL of the following:
- Evaluating human resources programs, administrative processes, and operations to improve effectiveness and ensure compliance with applicable Federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conducting program reviews, audits, or assessments; identifying deficiencies or areas of noncompliance; and recommending or implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
- Analyzing workforce, personnel, or program data to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and prepare reports with findings, recommendations, and supporting documentation for management.
- Researching and interpreting Federal human resources laws, regulations, policies, and guidance to provide technical advice and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and employees.
