Summary

  • You will serve as the N99 Staff Support Officer and GG-14 Management Specialist, driving strategic personnel operations, directing civilian manpower databases, and orchestrating critical program tracking to optimize workforce readiness and organizational performance.


Duties

Help

  • You will provide strategic support by serving as the HR liaison, conducting staff analysis, and leading strategic organizational projects.
  • You will lead DPMAP/DCIPS performance and awards cycles, manage civilian awards and budget tracking, and submit non-SES RPAs in DCPDS.
  • You will act as the SLDCADA Super User by managing employee check-in/out, resolving timekeeping errors, and coordinating organizational structure updates with BSO 11 and 15.
  • You will establish and maintain the Civilian Master Manpower database with BSO 11, 15, and 60, while preparing bi-monthly Resource Management Board (RMB) metrics and vacancy trackers.
  • You will serve as the Training Lead Requirements Officer certification training, leading the semi-annual PB4T, tracking mandatory training, and managing corporate staff training opportunities.

  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
  • This position may be subject to polygraph examination.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 level in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties such as:

    1. Providing HR liaison support, conducting staff analysis, and leading strategic organizational projects.
    2. Leading DPMAP/DCIPS cycles, tracking civilian awards budgets, and submitting non-SES RPAs in DCPDS.
    3. Managing SLDCADA timekeeping, employee check-in/out procedures, and organizational structure updates.
    4. Maintaining the Civilian Master Manpower database and preparing bi-monthly Resource Management Board metrics and vacancy trackers.
    5. Coordinating Requirements Officer certification training, leading semi-annual PB4Ts, and investigating/managing corporate staff training opportunities.
