Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on providing financial analysis and management accounting support for the team in Plano, Texas. The role will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Skills and QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
