The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - Revenue Cycle Coding - Senior Manager, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on streamlining processes, improving controls, and reducing costs. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and provide guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC, you will be responsible for crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on feedback. What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Revenue Cycle for each missing year of college is required
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
- Demonstrating advanced skills in financial data mining and analysis
- Leading complex financial operations and revenue cycle projects

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
