The ServiceNow MS Architect is a senior technical and advisory role responsible for the overall health, stability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform for a managed service client. This role acts as the primary technical authority, trusted advisor, and escalation point, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives, follows best practices, and supports a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with the ServiceNow Managed Services team (architects, developers, and platform experts) under the leadership of a Managed Services Manager. No ego, just smart people solving complex problems together, in close collaboration with operations teams and client-side stakeholders, whose primary mission is to ensure platform stability, alignment with business objectives, and continuous evolution.
WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this:
- Platform Architecture & Governance: Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, define and enforce standards and best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and out-of-the-box-aligned solutions.
- Platform Health & Optimization: Oversee performance, technical debt, compliance, and upgrade readiness; lead health assessments; and guide upgrades, patching, instance management, and change processes.
- Client Advisory & Roadmap: Act as a trusted advisor, contribute to ServiceNow roadmaps aligned with business priorities, and guide adoption of new features and capabilities.
- Managed Services & Escalation: Serve as the senior escalation point, support major incident reviews with root cause analysis and prevention, and collaborate with operations to improve service stability and quality.
- Solution Delivery & Communication: Review and approve designs and implementations, ensure consistency across enhancements, mentor technical teams, and communicate effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.
- More than 5 years of experience on ServiceNow and prior experience in an architect role.
- To be bilingual (French and English).
- A strong interest in managed services and environments involving ongoing responsibility.
- Solid technical expertise, particularly in ITOM and CMDB.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients.
- If english is required: "English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec."
