Mammography Technologist at
A.T. Augusta Ambulatory Care Center in
Fairfax, Virginia. This is your chance to provide exceptional patient care in a modern outpatient setting while enjoying an outstanding work/life balance and the stability of a federal healthcare contract.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols
- Operate specialized mammography imaging equipment
- Ensure patient comfort while delivering compassionate, professional care
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Follow all radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA)
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Current ARRT Mammography (ARRT(M)) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of current clinical mammography experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- U.S. Citizenship required
