Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in nuclear plant operations and maintenance.
• Experience as a site outage director is required.
• Knowledge of reactor systems and turbine modifications is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Technical degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
• SRO certification is desired; PMP preferred or capable of obtaining within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and integration of major nuclear uprate projects across the fleet.
• Apply a structured project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure outages are safe, timely, and budget-friendly.
• Promote a culture of innovation and improvement in project execution.
• Evaluate project performances to identify efficiencies and enhance schedules.
• Build and maintain industry relationships for knowledge sharing and benchmarking.
• Coordinate effectively with Site Directors and fleet leadership.
