The Strategic Account Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for managing, growing, and expanding relationships with key global clients across Life Sciences and Healthcare. This role owns a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth, retention, and long-term customer value.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic account management
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical or biopharma companies
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts
- Experience selling data, analytics, or consulting solutions

- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise negotiations
- Serve as primary point of contact and ensure strong customer experience
- Conduct executive business and account reviews
- Partner cross-functionally across internal teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data

About the TeamThe Strategic Account team manages Clarivate's largest and most complex customers across Life Sciences and Healthcare, spanning multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.
Hours of Work- This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed with global flexibility
- 25 - 30% of travel is required
Compensation - US only The expected base salary for this position is $153,600 - $172,800 USD per year. This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
