Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, and solution architects to manage backlog and production support
- Develop and configure applications using Majesco (ICD/ICM), including workflows, object models, and mappings
- Design and implement business rules using rules engine
- Handle production support and UAT activities
- Perform unit testing, deployment, and data validation
- Ensure application performance and meet business requirements
- Work with Agile teams and track tasks using tools like Jira
Required Skills- Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (North America)
- Hands-on experience in Java-based development (OOP concepts)
- Experience in HLD/LLD design and application development
- Knowledge of Oracle DB, RDBMS concepts, SQL scripting
- Familiarity with XML/XSD and REST APIs
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure or AWS)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and release processes
Good to Have- Experience in requirement gathering and business process understanding
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 - $120,000/Annum
