Pay

Salaried grade 8
$87,500 - $99,800/ year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

On-site

Weekend, holiday, and/or other hours will be required at times

Must be willing to work other shifts when necessary

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a 1st Shift Packaging Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team.

• Supervise and manage a packaging maintenance workforce in maintaining plant equipment
• Provide the production department with operational support
• Provide technical training and assistance to the workforce
• Knowledge of and commitment to implementing precision maintenance
• Interview and select candidates to fill maintenance positions
• Support and implement Manufacturing to a Standard
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated leadership ability in present position

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical background in a manufacturing environment
• Previous food and beverage manufacturing experience
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge
• Computer skills
• Production maintenance experience
• Planning and schedule using CMMS software
• FDA(CFR21) and cGMP(current good manufacturing practices) experience
