What You Will Do:- Improves the organization and effectiveness of physical workspaces through the Shop Tools and Facilities system (shop safety, 5S, precision tools, etc.)
- Supervises daily work assignments, including reactive, corrective, planned, and condition-based maintenance, in coordination with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler; prioritizes and assigns resources based on shifting production and schedule demands
- Actively participates in site DMS meetings, with ownership of reporting maintenance metrics
- Tracks and reports weekly maintenance KPIs for the team, including PM and corrective completion, backlog, work order aging, mean time to complete, breakdowns, and defects
- Provides leadership in troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns and reliability losses with a cross-functional team; drives failures to root cause using Breakdown Elimination processes
- Participates in improving equipment maintenance strategies using input from the maintenance team, breakdown elimination findings, defect trends, and equipment condition monitoring
What We Look For: - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years of maintenance leadership.
- Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of general construction, electrical systems, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems (e.g., production/process, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics), and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP, occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA and sanitation standards preferred.
- Must have previous supervisor experience.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize PLC-controlled systems, with a focus on Rockwell Automation platforms (Allen-Bradley)
- Modify and support PLC programs (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) to improve equipment reliability and performance
What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
